Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using DayTrade AI ("the Service", "the App"). By accessing or using the Service in any way — including viewing AI-generated trade recommendations, saving a payment method, or clicking the Execute button — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DayTrade AI (available at daytrade.getbriefed.to) is a product of getbriefed.to LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). References to "DayTrade AI", "the Service", or "the App" mean this product as operated by getbriefed.to LLC.
DayTrade AI is an AI-powered software tool that generates intraday stock trade recommendations by querying multiple large language models (Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini) and synthesizing their outputs through a "Judge" model. The Service also provides an optional automated order-execution feature that places orders at connected brokerage accounts (Robinhood) on your behalf after you confirm each order.
✓ Free Trial — No Payment Required
Free trials provide full access to all features for 7 days. To request a trial, submit your name, email, and phone number through the sign-in page. Trial requests are reviewed and approved manually by the operator (typically within an hour during US business hours). Trials are limited to one per phone number or email address per 90-day period.
★ Paid Feature — Weekly Subscription
Access to AI-generated trade recommendations through the Investment Advisor Agent requires a $10.00 per week subscription, billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew weekly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 7-day billing window — no proration or refund of the current week's fee.
One subscription = one active device. The App enforces device binding via a browser fingerprint: signing in on a new device will sign you out of the previous one. If you need access on multiple devices simultaneously, you must purchase multiple subscriptions.
Automated trade execution into your brokerage account is currently disabled while the Company redesigns the execution architecture. During this period, users execute AI-recommended trades manually in their own brokerage account (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, etc.). Manual execution incurs no fee from DayTrade AI. We will publish updated Terms governing automated execution before reactivating that feature.
When you complete checkout for the $10/week subscription, you are presented with Stripe's standard checkout flow which discloses the recurring charge amount, billing interval, and your right to cancel. Submitting payment through Stripe constitutes your explicit, informed agreement to the subscription fee described in Section 2.
A record of your subscription is maintained by both Stripe and the Company. You may view your subscription status, payment history, and cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal (linked from your account in the App).
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current weekly billing window. You retain access through that window. After it expires, the App will direct you to either re-subscribe or request a new free trial.
DayTrade AI is a software tool, not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The AI-generated trade recommendations, picks, analysis, and signals produced by the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any outcome.
No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and DayTrade AI or its operators by your use of the Service. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Trading stocks and other securities involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. Past performance of any AI model or algorithmic signal is not indicative of future results. By using the Service you acknowledge that:
Weekly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing window has started. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current week's fee. If a charge was made in error (e.g., duplicate billing, charge after a successful cancellation), contact us within 7 days at gourab.bec@gmail.com and we will review the charge and issue a refund if appropriate.
Automated trade execution into your brokerage account is currently disabled. During this period, the Service generates trade recommendations only. You are solely responsible for executing any recommended trade in a brokerage account of your choice (Robinhood, Schwab, Fidelity, Interactive Brokers, Webull, etc.) — paper-trading account or live, your choice.
DayTrade AI does not connect to your brokerage, does not receive your brokerage credentials, and does not place orders on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DayTrade AI and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your brokerage account.
In no event shall the total liability of DayTrade AI's operators exceed the total execution fees paid by you to the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service and remove your saved payment method.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. getbriefed.to LLC is organized under Delaware law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
